Barn Find of the rarest Land Cruiser ever produced, FJ45LV. This is the holy grail of Toyotas, with less than 1000 ever produced in the US market. After 60 years of attrition, that number is much lower today.
This is a 1964 and a half. Meaning it was produced in 1964 but sold on the dealer lot in 1965 in Vermont. It's numbers matching with the original VIN plate, engine, transmission, and frame. It ran when parked. It will need a new battery and some fuel in the carb to fire up again. Has low original miles and has been garaged in a barn for decades. It's complete with the exception of the rear seat.
This is an original find, with the dash, steering wheel, rims, hood and even the original door panels intact. The rear floor is solid. I have a contact who sells the front floor panels and rear quarter panels which are exact reproductions for $1800 plus shipping that I will pass along to the new buyer. Those will need replacing. Also included in the sale is a brand new rear OEM bumper which was $500. It's still in the box.
The last original restoration sold several years ago for $180,000.
