This FJ43 has over a 100 pages of documents and verification that come with it, which is the most I have ever even heard of coming with a classic vehicle much less an import! It even comes with a copy of the bill of laden(shipping papers) from Toyota when it was originally shipped to Colombia,SA from Toyota Japan back in 1980! No joke.. This FJ43 was originally purchased from Toyota by a monastery to drive nuns around!!
Original engine, trans, glass,metal, axles, rear, and everything!!!!
This FJ43 is a tank, everything works, body is straight, solid floors and metal. All interior and exterior lights works as well.
The odometer reads 16200KM and is believed to be original.
The FJ43 has a face removable cd player that works.
New/Repairs:
-Manual shifter knob replaced
-Transfer Case knob replaced
-Transfer Case leather boot replaced
-Front and Rear Gas Shocks replaced
-Oil Pressure Sensor replaced
-Water Temp Sensor replaced
-15w 40 Rottela High Zink oil added
-Full radiator flush and refill
-Satin Black Anti-Rust undercoating applied
-Horn wired up and fixed
-Tune up
-Carb cleaned
-Brake fluid changed
-Dash Gauge Cluster restored (gutted, cleaned, bulbs replaced, needles painted, circuits cleaned)
-New All Terrain Tires (4)
Things to point out:
-Some chips/imperfections in the older paint job
-Minor bubbles on the lower part of the driver's door
-Some play in the steering, but I am told that's normal for these FJ Land Cruisers
-A lot of looks while driving down the street!
Please note:
The pictures were taken right before the new tires were put on. Also, I am on "back order" for the hardtop window weather stripping (that is why you see gaps in the weather stripping in the pictures). So, that will be replaced prior to delivery or the weather stripping will be delivered to your chosen address once they are sent to me.
