Up for sale is my 1985 Toyota MR2 Coupe. I purchased this vehicle from the original owner of 30+ years earlier last year with nearly all original paperwork including original bill of sale (Including original purchase price of $13,387.00), rochure, wner's & service manual, tc. This is a vehicle that turns heads as there aren't many left in this condition. This car has always been a weekend cruiser, tored indoors year round only driven in nice weather ( Never in snow and only a handful of times in the rain in 30+ years). The car has always been maintained without hesitation including regular washes, axes, il changes, tc. Mechanically this toyota is a very solid driver. The twin cam engine runs with great oil pressure, o unusual noises, r smoke. The 5 speed manual transmission operates smoothly, ombined with precise steering and 4 wheel disc brakes makes for a fantastic driving experience. Cosmetically, he car presents well with a deep shine. However, t is not perfect with some minor scratches and dings as to be expected with a vehicle that is 30+ years old. In addition to this, here is paint bubble on the passenger rear quarter and corrosion is present on the lowest rear portion of the front fenders.The underside of this car is in great shape with the factory undercoating in place and only minor surface rust on a few components. The interior is in excellent shape with no major damage and only light normal wear. Seats and carpet look nearly new. Even the factory toyota floor mats are in place! The factory radio was replaced( But is included)by the original owner with a quality aftermarket unit which sounds good. All lights including headlights, orn, ipers, nd heater systems work as they should. Windows all operate as they should. Car is equipped with A/C ( Previous owner said it functioned as it should) but I have never personally used it. The car will need tires in future but not immediately. Overall this MR2 is great vehicle and would make an excellent summer cruiser or DD. I have enjoyed owning this vehicle but as is life it seems to spend more time under cover then out on the road so I would like to pass it on to someone else who will care and drive it for years to come.
