1953 Studebaker Commander
This 1953 Studebaker Commander has been highly customized from the tires up. Prior to any customization, the frame was boxed, reinforced, sandblasted and powder coated. Thefirewall and all interior floor plates, including trunk, were replaced.
Engine
·Chevrolet350 cubic inch small block with polished Edelbrock carburetor
·MSD distributor with Taylor 8mm spark plug wires with chrome wire separator by Holley
·Aluminum intake manifold and 2 chrome Holley air cleaners with K&N filters
·Jethot coated Hedman headers with 2.5-inch outlet exiting through MagnaFlow mufflers
·Edelbrock pulley system is chrome as well as are the valve covers, transmission dipstick tube, overflow tubes, and miscellaneous hoses
·Engine compartment is highly detailed

·Chevrolet Hydramatic 350 turbo (Powerglide) with floor shifter by Lokar
·Aluminum transmission cooler radiator mounted behind the main radiator.
·Radiator has two electric fans.

·Steel original frame with the addition of tubular chassis in the front
·Coil over shock front suspension with tubular upper and lower control arms and newfront sway bar
