This listing is for the photograph, OT the car! Porsche picture from 1951, ' x 6'+-. This picture was taken in 1951 in Geneva by American soldiers on leave from their base in Germany. Three soldiers were walking the streets in Geneva and came upon this 1951 Porsche. They were amazed by it's appearance, ust think of all the new cars being manufactured in 1951.........nothing like this had ever been seen before. This soldier asked his buddy to take this picture with a Kodak camera. This print was made from that original, .5" x 2.5" photo in the soldiers album. Only 3 photos exist at this time, he original Kodak print, 16" x 20" print hanging in the soldiers bedroom and this large, xtra large 4' x 6' +- print. The print was mounted on 1/2 rigid foam some 30 years ago. It still looks perfect. If you, our best friend, our lover, our BFF has a Porsche collection you need to buy this now.
