1985 Porsche 928 S

Here’s a diamond in the rough that needs a little TLC to bring it to its true glory. I planned on doing all that it needed and keeping it for Sunday drives, but other stuff is taking priority. Here’s a 1985 Porsche 928S 4C 32 valve with 100163 miles with rare manual shift. I purchased this car which was parked and neglected for many years. I had it painted to original black color and repaired a electrical short with new timing belt. Fuel system flushed with new pump, rebuilt MAS sensor, all new Continental DWS 225/50/16 tires, brake and coolant system overhauled, new window switches, brand new complete front grill and air foil, with all systems operating as intended. Replaced timing belt 10,000 miles ago, shifts perfectly and stops on a dime. Idles like a kitten with a nice sound to it and goes like a bat out of hell. The upholstery is all leather that was badly neglected so it shrunk and tore apart which needs a change out. Carpet is not bad, door cards are good but need clips for tighter fit, right door arm rest needs recover. I tried recovering dash pad but not the best. I am the third owner with all records and paper work, including the factory compressor for the spare. This car gets compliments everywhere it goes, and you might think it’s Ok the way it is. Come take a look, drop me Aline you won’t be sorry. This is being sold as is with no warranties or guarantee. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Wanted to add.

Car was painted due to neglect (not damage or rust) there was fading and pealing. There is no structural rust anywhere except minor surface here and there in the engine bay. I have a new aftermarket car cover for it too. The windshield was cracked and replaced with new. The inlay antenna is no longer available so reception not the greatest. The AC compressor and hoses changed with freon replaced too 134a. It works but not real cold I believe expansion valve is bad, I have it and it's not hard to change out. I believe that's it which adds to why I am selling, I just don't have the time.
