Up for auction is my 85 928s. I purchased the car in February of this year. It was not running with many parts missing. Many months went into rebuilding the intake, and fuel system.New parts that went into the car.injectors, spark plugs, hoses, fuel pump, fuel filter, crank sensor, air filter, intake tubes, MAF, fuel rails cleaned out, gas tank cleaned out. oil change, many relays, power wiper motor, power window motor, power window switches, new ignition, I'm sure i'm forgetting a few things. AS you can see by the list a lot of work was put into the car to get it running and driving as great as it does. A big plus with this car is the timing belt was recently serviced and documented with car fax from a specialty car shop in NJ. Car comes equipped with knock off 911 turbo twist rims that were powder coated in graphite. Tires are continental extreme contact, front are 225-40zr18 and the rears are 265-35zr18. the auction price will include the original rims with tires but are old. the porsche runs and drives fantastic, super tight. stops great. Automatic tranny shifts smooth when driving normal and passing gear is awesome. starts every time. I have sat in traffic on hot day and temp is perfect. oil pressure is perfect.some items that need attention. the odometer does not work. true mileage unkown. car was off the road for 15 years at one point. interior dome and door lights don't work, dash and center console do work, A.C. does not but it does click on and the fan is strong for defrost. all exterior lights work including pop up head lights are smooth. but, back up lights do not. as you can see by the interior its in good shape with some dash cracks but with a respectable cover, seats are worn and a little stiff but not crazy. the outside has its share of paint chips and scratches, roof and passenger rocker have small dent as shown in photo.If you are looking for a porsche 928s this is one of the good ones. I drive the car most days and always get thumbs up or stopped by people that remember this being a car they always wanted.
