Description:

1963 Porsche 356

Up for sale is the current cover car of DUB Magazine. It is my beloved 1963 Porsche 356 OUTLAW built by the world famous @slang500 from S KLUB in California . This is my personal car. This car was debuted at SEMA 2017 at the Toyo Tires Treadpass area. It received a ton of attention throughout SEMA week, and people were very impressed with the craftsmanship of this build. The car is currently on the news stands. It is the cover car of DUB Magazine for the Spring Issue 2019. The attention to detail is second to none. It takes people a good 30 minutes to look through this car, to see all the small details which make it so unique. It is definitely a neck breaker.
The car was built for the SEMA show, with the idea of being able to use it as a daily driver if I wanted to. The car was sand blasted and went through a 5 month paint process. The car is virtually new. All new floors, all new metal where it was required. Virtually every body panel has been grooved to perfection. You will be hard pressed to find any flaws on this car. I always go overboard on the attention to details, and it really shows. If you want to stand out, this is the car for you. You will never find any other one like it. The color is Nardo Grey, and the livery is painted on, it is not a sticker.
The wheels are Magnus Walker Outlaws by 1552. The car has Toyo R888R tires.
The car has a Full Audio System with the very expensive $12000 Mcintosh Amplifier, Mcintosh Speakers, JL Audio Woofers, and an Alpine head unit which is hidden in the suitcase in the backseat. It has a door that swings open for access to the stereo. The instrument cluster was moved to the center of the dash, as part of the outlaw style, and 6 heuer stop watches surrind the dash.
The entire trunk and hood area have been wrapped in Porsche leather. We used 12 Hides of genuine Porsche leather to put this interior together. The interior was done by the world famous Jose Reyes of Reyes Upholstery. The stitching is spot on, and the workmanship is factory quality. The shifter is done by the very famous Dave Mason. I also installed a Porsche 550 Spyder hand brake assembly, which was quite a bit of work, but worth it in the end.
As for the motor, it is a fully built Type IV Motor built by FAT performance in Orange, CA. It makes 186 HP, which is more than double the power of the original motor. It revs freely, and it sounds and feels amazing. It is mated to custom stainless headers and exhaust system built by A1 Performance in Orange, CA. It has a brand new 4 speed transmission, which works great.
The rain gutters have been shaved as part of the "outlaw" look. The bumpers and bumper trim are hand formed. The gas cap is a canam style gas cap, which is engraved, and powdercoated Bronze. There are literally too many modifications to list. This is not your average 356, nor is the price tag. This car can be great for a collection, or to be used as a daily or weekend car. It was definitely built to be driven.
