The previous owner purchased the 911 as a project with the car in primer and missing the engine. He then proceeded to have a complete respray in Mercedes Aqua Blue by Bill Pierce Motors in Reno, V. Nov 2004. Next on the list was the carpet and upholstery which was completed by Classic Restoration in Reno,NV 2005. In 2008 a 1982 3.0 engine with 72,000 miles was sourced from Rusty Tubs and was to the dealer that cared for the donor car when purchased new. At the time of the engine installation was a rebuilt transmission and a new clutch to complete the package.
