43,000 miles from two documented owners with complete service history, books, keys, & window sticker (with an original MSRP of $43,595. Sold to second owner June of 1994 (8,981 miles) who kept the car until December 2016. Full documentation since 1994. Seasonally driven and always maintained.
The car has been open check book maintained and needs absolutely nothing. Recent timing belt service. Within the last 1,000 miles the oil cooler lines have been replaced along with a new battery and power steering pump. All plastic trim on lower front valence and rockers replaced with fresh Porsche OE replacements. All stone guard materials replaced with fresh Porsche OE replacements. New Michelin Pilot Sport tires with less than 100 miles on them. The car has been inspected, serviced, and is ready for the 2017 driving season.
The exterior condition of the car is excellent. All original paint! All body panels are original paint and free of dents. Some very minor nicks from 28 years and 43,000 miles. No significant scratches. All VIN tags in tact. Wheels are in excellent condition with only a few minor nicks. All trim, lenses and glass excellent and original. This is an unmolested 28 year old original body panel, glass and paint car with absolutely zero exterior cosmetic needs. Just underwent extensive professional paint correction and detailing.
The interior of the car is also excellent. The black leather is in wonderful supple condition free of and tears, stains, or significant bolster wear. No modifications, the car is as delivered from the factory other than a period correct Blaupunkt CD player. Steering wheel leather in beautiful condition without excessive wear. Door panels are excellent. Carpets, headliner, dash, and trim all virtually new. All switchgear functions as new.
The car is stored in a climate controlled facility and is part of a significant European Sportscar collection. PCA, FCA, BMW CCA club member. The car is excellent and could be concours with additional detailing. ZERO needs. I'm making room for other purchases...and I know I'll regret selling this car in 3-5 years. Title is clear and in hand. Open to viewing and inspection.
