Description:
1958 Pontiac Parisienne
Beautiful 1958 Pontiac Parisienne hardtop. First year of the Parisienne. Dover White with Gunmetal and Metallic Silver interior. For those who don't know, the Canadian built Parisienne was really a Bonneville built on a shorter Canadian Chevrolet chassis. There were approximately 2500 1958 Parisienne's built (2 door hardtop and convertible) with 525 hardtops built with the 261. This is an extremely solid car with virtually 0 rust. It spent most of its life in the BC Lower Mainland. The car has it's original 261 6 cylinder that was rebuilt along with it's automatic transmission. The car has power steering and manual brakes. The interior is in incredible condition with it's star embossed headliner and "sparkle" carpet. All pans (floor and trunk) are really solid as is the frame. The only issues I'm aware of are the speedometer needle has broken off the hub (I've got a replacement speedometer to go with the car), there is a small spot of chrome peeling off the front bumper (it could likely be reattached with some JB weld or something similar) and the stock radio is not working (I don't believe it's hooked up but have never checked as there is a DIN style stereo under the dash that does work). The car is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. A non-refundable $1000 deposit is due within 72 hours of auction end with the balance paid by wire transfer prior to pick up of car. I can store the car in heated storage for 30 days at no cost while shipping is arranged. Alberta is a non-title province so will be sold on a bill of sale.Vehicle Details:
