Fresh body off frame restoration!

1965 Pontiac GTO --

Started with a clean Tempest, the body was removed from the frame and completely restored as a GTO with tri-power and a 4-speed! EXTERIOR: The body on this car is really straight, those big wide panels are flat. Has high quality paint using a Lexus metallic gray. Polished smooth and glossy. Jambs are painted slick. The bumpers are bright, headlight bezels, mirror, door handles and emblems were replaced. Has the correct 7 rib GTO tail panel in nice shape. Glass... is real nice, windshield is new. The window seals and weatherstrips have been replaced. The 15 inch chrome wheels with BFGoodrich tires give it some pop! INTERIOR: I just sat in the car and right away could tell the seats were recushioned. Has correct new upholstery with the Pontiac arrowhead logo embossed. I'm looking at a beautiful reproduction deluxe steering wheel. The instrument bezel has been replaced so the chrome sparkles. Gauges are clean, knobs and trim sparkle. Has optional padded dash and a radio delete plate. All the metal trim has been repainted. Glovebox liner is new. There's a gauge cluster mounted below to monitor the engine vitals. Looks like the door panels, armrests headliner and visors have all been replaced. It has GM seat belts front and back. New carpet and sill plates. Has deluxe trim on the pedals. The best part of all is that 4-speed sitting down on the floor! all the metal trims payment nice as a new glove box liner is the deluxe trim around the pedals new carpets and sill plates ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Rebuilt 400 motor with Tri-power carbs. Gotta have a tri-power if your gonna have a GTO! It is certainly show condition. All the metal is smooth and painted semi-gloss black. Everything on the firewall looks new- wiper motor, relay, new wiring harness. New power brake booster and dual reservoir master. Has GM radiator hoses, proper shroud and clutch fan. Upgraded with HEI ignition, coated headers and electric choke. Has correct valve covers and air cleaner lids. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Big clean trunk compartment. The metal is spotless, it's been sprayed real neatly with the gray and white spatter finish paint. Bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are painted glossy, new weather strip. UNDERSIDE: Body was removed from the frame. New body bushings. The chassis was completely restored and detailed. All the steering and suspension was rebuilt or replaced. Balljoints, springs, shocks, bushings, etc. Has optional F-41 suspension with sway bars and boxed control arms. Brakes completely redone. Has the Pontiac finned brake drums. New hoses, lines, e-brake assembly is complete. Bottom of the motor is spotless, starter is new. The Super T-10 4-speed was gone through. U-joints replaced. Rear end was gone through and has 3.30 gears and aluminum cover. New fuel tank, straps, lines, sending unit. The floors are all clean metal painted semi gloss black. The bottom of this car looks new right down to the nuts and bolts. You are buying a car that was taken down to the last nuts and bolts. It was restored mechanically and cosmetically. 65 GTO is one of the most iconic muscle cars, especially with 3 dueces and a 4-speed. The Beach Boys even sang about it!
