THIS CAR HAS NOT BEEN DETAILED OR CLEANED BY US! WE HAVE WASHED IT AND DRIED IT BEFORE PHOTOS AND THAT IS IT! WE WANTED TO SHOW IT TO YOU IN THE ACTUAL, UNRESTORED, AND EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION THAT IT HAS BEEN KEPT IN SINCE 1975. This is quite possibly one of the best documented and unrestored examples of a 1975 Trans Am you could ever find. In the 200 large photos below, you will find pictures of it from every angle, as well as a comprehensive history and condition report to help you make a purchase decision. If you would like to purchase the vehicle, feel free to call me at 941-286-0889. I acquired this Trans-Am from a collector here in Fort Myers, FL who purchased the car in August of 2004 from it's second owner. The prior owner purchased the car in July of 2004 for the purpose of reselling it, and he bought it directly from the original owner, who bought the car new on 06/03/1975 from Valley Pontiac in Youngstown, OH! Copies of all titles and transactions are included in the photos below, and mileage track is true, correct, and actual. The current Florida title shows ACTUAL MILES, and the car is being sold with the odometer reading verified as ACTUAL. After Mr. Strasik took delivery of the car, he made an appointment with the Tuff-Kote Dinol Rustproofing company in Boardman, OH, and had the entire car fully treated on 06/12/1975. You can tell that the vehicle has not been driven much at all over the last 43 years, am I am quite sure that it didn't see much "winter" use, but the protection was put on just in case, and has kept the car rust, rot, and issue free since the day it was installed! Mr. Strasik kept the car for 29 years, and in that period of time put 30,100 miles on it, which is just over 1,000 miles per year. His pride in ownership is clearly evident to all who see the car to this day. Mr. Restle purchased the car solely to resell it, and took possession of the car as the 2nd titled owner with 30,250 miles showing on the ACTUAL MILEAGE Ohio title. He sold it a month later to the last titled owner, Mr. Adam's, with 30,700 miles, and Mr. Adams had the vehicle titled in Florida with ACTUAL MILEAGE showing. Mr. Adam's drove the car sparingly as well, putting just 1,547 miles on the car over a 14 year period. During his time with the vehicle, it was kept inside a climate controlled garage with lift storage, and subject to a regular schedule of being started, allowed to idle up to temp, and having all functional and electrical items utilized so they wouldn't develop issues. Oil changes and maintenance were done on a quarterly schedule regardless of it they were really needed or not, and the car was cared for with the highest degree of respect. The original owner kept every single document and item related to his time with the car, and it makes for a wonderful portfolio of information about the vehicle. The overall condition of the car is exception, especially when you consider that it is ORIGINAL and has not been restored. Paint is glossy, slick, shiny and bright, and shows wonderfully all around. It has a handful or so minor blemishes like stone chips, light scuffs, and other miniscule things from normal use, but nothing that detracts from the overall presentation of the car in any way. IT IS 100% ORIGINAL BODY PANELS, AND HAS NO RUST, ROT, OR BONDO!!! The car is about as straight as you could ask for, and panel fit and finish is factory correct all around. Hood, side, and rear spoiler decals are in excellent condition. All emblems are in excellent condition. Glass is in excellent condition, and has no cracks, chips, or damage. 5-spoke Pontiac wheels are in good condition, with only small signs of use like a scuff or small chip, and the trim rings and center caps are in great condition. Tires were installed by the 3rd owner, and are BFGoodrich Radial T/A RWL radials size P255/60SR15 that were installed on 10/24/2004 and come with the receipt for installation. They are no showing any signs of issues, but be aware that they are 14 years old. All headlights, tail lamps, marker lights, signals, and hazard lamps are in perfect looking condition, and function flawlessly. Rubber bumper covers and bumperettes are in good condition, with only the front segment showing blemishes and striations on it. All of the brightwork, chrome, and trim on the car shows wonderfully, and is in exceptionally good condition. Overall, the exterior shows like a car that's been driven and average of less than 750 miles per year since new. Inside, you'll see the same, with an interior that presents so nicely its shocking. Door panels show only light signs of use, while window rollers and door pulls still look and function like new. Cable operated driver mirror works like it should, and everything is clean and neat. Door jambs, door undersides, and hinge area all show wonderfully, and you can clearly see all the holes and caps from where Tuff-Kote Dinol did the rustproofing service. Carpeting is exceptional throughout, with no rips, tears, or stains. Original Vinyl Pontiac floor mats are included, and look amazing! Dash is in exceptional condition, and shows like new. All of the switchgear and gauges show like new as well, and work as they should, with the exception of the clock, which is not functioning at this time. Light switch, wiper switch, and rear defrost switch all work like they should. Heating and Air Conditioning controls all function like they should as well, and the 12V socket still works too! AM-FM stereo with 8-Track Player is fully functional and sounds great! It even comes with a few select 8-tracks for your enjoyment! Center console shows perfectly, with no damage or issues, and the lid is firmly intact. Shifter works and looks perfect, and has no issues. Steering column looks perfect, as does the steering wheel with Trans Am button on the functional horn. Turn signal arm and ignition all function perfectly as well. E-Brake works, as does the release handle. Gas and brake pedals were factory options noted on the build sheet, and look amazing. Foot switch for high beams works perfectly. Dash itself is clean and bright, and has NO cracks or damage. Glovebox opens and closes like it should, and locks with a key. It has the original capacity sticker intact too. Ashtray works and is clean and neat. All A/C and heat vents look and work great without any issues. Seats are in great condition, with no rips, tears, stains, or thread pulls. Front seats show light natural wear from being used. The Oxblood coloring on the seats is beautiful, and all front and rear seating surfaces look clean and neat. Seat back on the passenger bucket shows light wear from hands touching it move it forward. Seat belts and buckles are completely functional and clean. Kick panels in the front show wear from shows brushing against them, and basically doing what they are supposed to do. Rear ashtrays are clean and fully functional. Rear side panels are clean and issue free. Rear cargo tray is clean and neat, and the dual speakers both look and work as they should. Headliner is clean, neat, and undamaged, and does not sag or droop. Dual sun visors look and work perfectly. Trunk is neat, clean, and totally stock and untouched. The liner is clean and undamaged, and all of the factory wiring for the lights that is visible is correct and clean. Spare tire cover is like new, and the spare is in great condition with jack and tools included. Trunk lid has factory original decals intact. Under the hood, things are bone stock and unmolested except for an occasional maintenance part. OEM items have been used wherever possible, and at least 97% of the items under the hood are either original or OEM correct. Engine is numbers matching and correct to the car, as is the transmission and rear end fitted with 2.56 gears and POSI-TRAC. It, along with the rest of the car, has NOT been detailed or cleaned by us in any way. I lifted the hood and took the photos. We want the car to continue its history of originality and unrestored beauty, and will let the new owner decide if they want to detail it. For now, it shows and looks like a 32k actual mile car should, and everything is currently operating as it should on the car. Starting is easy, and with just a turn of the key the car springs to live and the 400ci V8 rumbles through the factory exhaust with chrome tips. Snick the 3-speed auto into gear, and it is ready to roll, taking off with a push of the gas pedal without any hesitation. Power is smooth and steady, with no faltering or stuttering. It shifts through each gear cleanly and without issue. I have had the car up to 90mph, and it does NOTHING out of the ordinary. No shaking, no shuttering, no odd vibrations, no pulling, and no issues. Brakes take off speed easily, and without any side effects. It does not run hot, it does not smoke, and it does not have any known issues at this time. Chassis is clean, and shows only the light coating of rustproofing that was installed by Tuff-Kote Dinol when the car was new. There are NO signs of rust, rot, or any issues, and the undercarriage, like the rest of the car, has NOT been cleaned or detailed by us to preserve its originality. Pans are all original and flawless, with no issues. All factory crimps and pinch welds are in exceptional condition. Suspension is quite, supple, and smooth with no squeaks or issues. This is quite possibly the cleanest, most straight-forward example of a 1975 Trans AM you could ask for. Review the photos, review the information, and then call me to make it yours before someone else does. I took 200 photos of it from every angle I could, and I encourage you to ask questions, come see it, or arrange for an inspection if you want to PRIOR TO BUYING IT. I don't have anything to hide, and have tried to cover every part of the vehicle as best I could. The vehicle is located in our Fort Myers, FL warehouse, and is just 20 minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) if you want to fly in and see it. I welcome outside inspection services BEFORE YOU BUY OR BID. ***IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH WORLDWIDE VEHICLE SHIPPING- CALL ME! ***IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH QUICK AND EASY FINANCING- CALL ME! ***IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE IN EXPORTING IT OVERSEAS - CALL ME! 941-286-0889 |
