1978 Pontiac Firebird

You are looking at an older restoration Pontiac Firebird base coupe. This car is an excellent cruiser that essentially needs nothing. Although not a numbers matching original car, this car has a 400 motor with a 4 barrel carburetor which was recently tuned professionally. Interior is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or burns. Headliner is intact, door panels and glass are all good. Old tint on the windows with some peeling is evident and the dash pad is warped on the top. One of the rear seat belts is missing the connector; Otherwise the interior is in really nice condition.
The following items have been replaced in the last year:
-New radiator-New gas tank-New brakes front and rear-Complete tune up-Brand new battery-New grille emblems-Trans Am rims and tires-not new but in good condition-New alternator
Things that are not perfect include the glass and dash pad mentioned above, the gas gauge wobbles, however is accurate, the AC blows cold and compressor works but I am not sure if there is a leak so I do not use it at all, there is typical water leaks into the trunk and by the passenger side door when I wash it. Nothing serious but want to mention it. I don't drive the car unless it is sunny. For whatever reason, the passenger side rear view mirror is not adjustable.
Transmission shifts as it should, there are no leaks, no smoke, no holes, no rust and all the floor boards and trunk pan have no rust or holes. It is not the original paint but it is in excellent condition with no dents at all, some minor chips and scratches that are only visible when you are standing close to the car. The exhaust is EXCELLENT with a really nice note. Everything but the radio (which is aftermarket) works as it should.
As i said, this is basically a turn key cruiser that needs nothing. It is not a show car but a fun solid car that is all together and ready to drive.
