Thank you for looking at our 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix. This car's features include power steering, power brakes, factory 8 track player, power windows, power locks and more. About 5 years ago, the previous owner decided he was going to do his own valve job on the car since it was leaking water. Being a house flipper, the economy got so good in Cleveland in recent years that he has not had a chance to complete the valve job, so he sold it to me. I took it to my mechanic when I bought it back in October, and its been sitting there for 6 months since he's been busy as well. So I've decided to sell it and let someone else complete the valve job. All you would need to do is send the heads out to make sure they are perfect to be put back together or have them refinished. It may need a carburetor, which would be a quadrajet 4-barrel carburetor.
The windows and power locks work and the car turns over fine. The floors and frame are all solid. The body has some rust but not much. The reason the hood doesn't close is because when the guy had the hood off when he was doing the project, the tow truck driver had him put the hood on because he had no other way of putting the hood back safely. With the right hood adjustment, it will close correctly. I put a picture of the title in along with the 24 pictures, and you can see that the title reads non actual. The car is 46 years old, and you would probably have to figure that it's not going to read actual. I also bought the correct steering wheel for the car that's in the pictures that comes with the car. With a weekend of work, a mechanic can get this car running and driving, and the second weekend you can touch it up, and it'll look and run well, and be ready for a summer cruise!
GOOD LUCK TO ALL BIDDERS!
