Item location: Englewood, Ohio, United States
Description:
1964 Pontiac Le Mans
I am selling this car for my father. He was diagnosed with cancer back in September 2016: so we are selling off some of his items from his estate. He bought the car back in 2006 and has put only about a 500 miles on it since then. He's got almost $19k in it. It is not a $30k show car, but a very nice driver. It is a 1964 Pontiac Lemans (pre GTO) with 64,500 original miles. Clean Ohio title in hand.
It has a 350 out of a 73 camaro completely rebuilt (from block up) with now only approx 100 miles on it.Edelbrock intake with dual 4 barrel carbs, and accessoriesTurbo 350 transmission with hardened input shaft and internalsStarts right up and runs goodStill has stock open rear end (he was planning on doing a posi)Power steering, Power Brakes, Front disc brake conversion
The body is straight, but does a have a couple touched up nicks and scratches here and there.Painted House Of Kolor Orion Silver, and the flames are House Of Kolor Meteor Maroon, and Galaxy Grey
The floors and trunk and bracing are all solid.
It has had new OE quarters put on it.
The car has had a mini tub done from ABC performance (looks like stock inner wheel-wells ($3,000)).
It has new Ridler rims and Nexen tires (approx 50 miles on them). 18x10's in the back (room to go wider if you want), 17x8's in the front ($1,500).
Interior is decent. Has a spot on the drivers seat where the pipping is coming apart and the carpet is a little short from reaching the door sills, but that's about it.
It has tons of other new parts like all new springs, new fuse block, bushings, etc (too much to list).
There is only a couple things that we know of that need fixedClips on trunk lid chrome trim broke ($10 new online) but have it. It's in the trunkCables on the heater controls are frozen and won't move ($55 new online)Slight rattle coming from rear deck when driving (may be speaker, or rear defrost, not sure)Factory radio does not work (never looked into it)Shifter cable or reverse switch needs adjusted (back up lights stay on while in drive) Horn doesn't work Emergency brake cable not hooked up
Need to sell quickly. Sorry not looking for any trades. The car is also for sale locally and I may end the auction at any time.
The car is sold as is (no warranty). $500 deposit due in 24hrs via paypal. Remainder due in 7 days. We accept cash in person and cashiers check (must clear bank before car is picked up / shipped). We have it setup for local pick up but will work with you on shipping if you set it up.
On May-01-17 at 08:20:22 PDT, seller added the following information:
I've had a few people ask about the floors. They are solid no rust. I've added a couple of pictures to show.
