1973 Pontiac Firebird

Maybe a 1 of 1, 1973 Ascot Silver Formula 455 Ram air hood and having a rare optioned back seat center console. The car body is super straight and driver's straight as an arrow. The car has paperworkto show its original features. This appears to be a special ordered 1973 Formula 455 ordered on 10/27/72 by Vincent C Ilardi at McDonald Pontiac in Morristown, New Jersey. I will include a picture of the dealer'sinvoice including all options ordered 25 in all from what I count. I have never seen a muscle car/firebird that has a rear center console. I will also include a picture of PHS showing all ordered options for this Formula 455.

Clear Florida title in hand... LAST OF THE TRUE AMERICAN MUSCLE CARS..

All body and vin tags are in place. Dash vin and door vin tag are in place as well as body/trim tag is in place. Original sticker by radiator showing it wasa 455 from the factory.

This car runs fantastic down the road at any speed.Dual exhaust is newer and sounds awesome. The engine was upgraded/rebuilt in 2009 with over $10,000 in receipts on the rebuild. Also $750 recondition/rebuild ontransmission in 2015. Nice Performance upgrades. This bird is quick. Over $2000 in aluminum heads and upgraded intake and new carburetor. The extra partsI have,I was told is the originalheads, exhaust manifolds, oil panand intake, that were removed on the rebuild. Original Intake manifold casting # is 492744 dated L092,Heads are 4Xdated L082.Previous owner stated it was still the original 455 HO engine in the carand these were the originalparts for it. I'm noPontiac motor head but I did find in the front of the block a YC code but was unable to find the vincasting numbersdue to it being by the timing mark and I cant see it. I did see onthe back of the block a 73 on theblock.I'mwilling to lookfor more numbers if the experts want to give me locations to look. But theprevious 2ndowner has had the Formula here in Florida for close to 20 years and said no doubt itis a numbers matchingcar. I just found what I could so far.

The underside of this 455 is in super condition. The 2nd owner said it had always been garage kept and it looks like it by the body and undercarriage. There is like 3bubbles behinddrivers and passengersdoor. Super easy fixes and not rotted. The front nose has asome lines fromsomeone leaning on it and it could use a repaint oryoujust leave this caralone and drive it as it looks damn good.

The car has all 5 original Honeycomb rims. The car also has over $1500 in 15x8 American racing rims and nicetires on it. The spare is even new.

The interior is pretty much original and in good driver condition. A crack in center of the dash. I BELIEVE IT IS possiblyA 1 OF 1 1973, 455 FORMULA WITH THE REAR BACKSEAT CENTER CONSOLE. I have not found another one like it online anywhere with rear center console/arm rest. From what I have read, less than 5% of all Pontiac vehicles had this option ordered and Pontiac ended this option. So for it to be in a 455 sports car has to be unheard of from what I see.

The Formula is available for viewing in Punta Gorda, Fl.

The car is being sold as/is with no warranty implied or expressed. Seller will not be held liable as I have done my absolute best to describe the vehicle as I know. I will do all I can do to email more pictures of answer any questions I can.

Local pick up only and I will help all I can with the shipper of your choice. This is one sweet/bad 455 Formula Firebird.
