1970 Plymouth Superbird Clone - Super Cool Calendar Car

I am pleased to offer this very cool 1970 Superbird clone. The car is based on a 1970 Sport Satellite. This is a no AC car. VIN # is RH23C06176454 and mileage is 1,281 since being built.

Motor is a 440 bored to 500 cu in stroker with two 4 barrel carbs. Motor was believed to be built by Ralph Solhem of RSR racing fame at a cost of approx. $24k. Estimate HP is 650HP.

The chassis on this car was reinforced with torque boxes and frame strengtheners (in order to keep the frame rigid). The Super Bird kit was made by Janak repros.

Interior features a custom console, Autometer gauges, Kilduff shifter, Momo steering wheel, 70’s Mopar Performance timer, front brake lock, brake pressure gauge, push start. New shocks and bushings all around with new leaf springs. Electric Edelbrock fuel pump with MSD ignition.

Weld wheels with Mickey Thompson tires (street and track tires). Headlights go up and down with an actuator (not vacuum).
