1968 Plymouth Barracuda V8 two door Hardtop
Hello. Up for bid is my nice and rare 1968 Plymouth Barracuda V8 two door sport hard top. This is a hard to find numbers matching car that was always garage kept. The previous owner owned it for the last 20+ years and it is believed to be a three owner car. The odometer shows 92,726 which is actual mileage. It is equipped with the 318 hp that runs awesome. It has very nice power and is a turnkey car. The automatic transmission shifts perfect as it should. The car drives just like it did when it was brand new. Even at 70+ mph on the freeway it drives straight as an arrow with no play or shakes. Good cruiser that you can drive anywhere. The tires have good tread left and the brakes stop great. The original V8 hubcaps look nice and are extremely hard to find. I just took it on a long road trip last week that was over 200 miles and the car never gave one problem. Everyone was taking pics and giving thumbs up. The body looks clean and straight. Was repainted to its original color about 12 years ago. The paint shines nicely and always kept in the garage. Body and paint shows nice but does have some small bubbles and tiny blemishes that were touched up. tiny bubbles under black vinyl top, The chrome is original but is bright and looks good. The tinted ray glass all looks great. The doors shut nice and the body lines are very straight. The car gets a lot of compliments and thumbs up. Interior looks good and is mostly original. The seats are stock white and have no rips or major wear. The dash has no cracks or fades. Carpet still looks ok. Headliner has no sagging. The door panels look good, the passenger arm rest has a crack. All the lights work as they should. The pioneer stereo is newer and sounds good. Wipers and horn work as they should. Even the cigarette lighter works. Has the performance indicator tachometer, which was a rare option and works nice. The trunk shows good. The underside has had some patches done in the past. Was ziebarted at one time by the last owner. Please take a look at underside pictures. This is a nice driver quality car that you can get in and enjoy. Has a clean, clear Ohio title with no liens.
