1974 Plymouth Barracuda
OK not to be rude but if you dont have the money dont bid im relisting because the buyer " daughter was playing with his ipad and happened to hit buy it no, also happened to pay the deposit " ok whatever anyway the car is up for grabs againi will give you the rundown.
she is a numbers matching 318 car with a 727 automatic trans, the engine and trans were both redone 7500 miles ago. the 318 was stroked to 372 (unconfirmed was told when i bought car, however runs awesome) using a 4340 steel crank and forged rods and pistons, cam is a hydraulic flat tappet 340 cam. trans was gone through at the same time and a trans go stage 1 shift kit was installed. car runs strong and shifts nice and crisp but not too firm where it sucks to drive it . eddy aluminum intake and performer series 650 carb with electric choke.
car has power steering and power front drilled and slotted disc brake, the rears are stock drum brakes and it stops nicely. the rear end is an 8.75 mopar sure grip with 3,23 gears. and has front and REAR sway bars.
exterior is really nic, there is no rust under the car, in the cowl, door jamb, frame rail, trunk pan, rocker, fender, behind the wheels are all steel and all original mopar . has never had any kind of rust repair. underside of the car is really clea, not even surface rust the hood is a factory twin scoop cuda with 340 engine callouts.
rust: well the car had a vinyl top i removed and there are two small spots (see pics) that have a rust hole the diameter of a pencil. onre is in the pass side roof and the other in the deck filler panel. no rust in trunk pan other than minor surface rus, no soft spots anywhere on this car. there is a shallow dent with surface rust in the header panel in front of the hood (see Pics) an easy fix and the panel does not need to be replaced
interior is really nice, seats were redone at some point and are in excellent shape. blue vinyl with cloth inset. no rips at all or wear marks. console is beautiful and so is the dash no cracks at all. door panels are in nice shape with some minor scratches from everyday wear and tear, carpet is like new . headliner is very nic, there is a tear in it right by the drivers sun visor but thats it .car has the RALLY DASh package and all gauges work and look like ne, even the clock still works correctly .
i would trust this car to get in and drive anywher, all the lights work as they should as do the wipers and fender mounted turn signal indicators.
this car will come with a brand new vinyl top in the box. I also have several 34, 440 500 strokers etc if the buyer wanted to upgrade i could make a packag, i also have an e body 4 speed if you are interested . this car is a pleasure to drive and the more i type the more i talk myself into keeping i, however i have several mopars and the wife says a few have to go lol.
I WELCOME INDEPENDANT INSPECTIONS, ALSO I HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING PICS OR A DESCRIPTION OF ANYTHING SPECIFIC THAT YOU ASK FOR I AM AN HONEST MAN AND I BELIEVE KARMA IS A MOTHER F324ER, so please ask away i am willing to do whatever i can to help with shipping however its the buyers responsibility to set it up I DO HAVE SEVERAL PICS OF THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR I CAN EMAIL AS EBAY ONLY ALLOWS ME A CERTAIN AMOUNT TO POST
Feedback: ok let me explain something so you can make your own decision. i have ONE negative feedback and i will tell you my side of the story. gentle man bought a 67 satellite driver from me with a very clean interio, a frwsh 67 440 hp . a fresh clutch and 4 speed and a fully rebuilt 8.75 sure grip rear all this car for 11K dollars. he called me up and asked me to take several pics of specific areas and i did so . i took and sent over 75 pics over two days and 14 emails to hi, and i even came in on sunday to meet his shipper and help load the car. so he gets the car and sends me a couple pics asking what this or that is fo, then three days later he is mad at me because there are a couple cracks in the paint around the wheelwells . please take the time to go in my feed back and read the item description i wrote for that car. its just a case where a guy wanted a fully restored 50 year old car for 11k. i did more than most sellers do period . we have nothing to hide please do come out and look for yourself i take alot of pride in my cars. and that satellite was my personal driver for three years . i am an ASE certified master tech and that car runs flawless. hell i even gave him carb jetting advise because in at high altitude and he is at sea level . anyway please feel free to call me my name is Charles and my personal cell is 307-315-2927 i look forward to your questions and requests
