Original 1937 Packard 120 Convertible Coupe - 282 CI inline L head eight cylinder motor. Packard yellow cream with red leather interior. All numbers matching, motor, transmission, and rear end. This Packard is spotless rust free as you will see in the five videos I have taken. First year for hydraulic brakes and Wishbone Safe T Flex suspension. The original sheet metal from 1937 is as clean as you’ll ever find. As stated from the previous owner the motor was completely rebuilt along with the transmission and the rear end.
I just put on four brand new Coker wide white radial tires and tubes at a cost of $2000. The car has just had all brand new brakes which include new master cylinder, four new wheel cylinders, four brand new brake drums, with all new brake shoes complete.
I also just installed a brand new reproduction 1937 120 Packard gas tank with brand new fuel sending unit and new 1937 fuel gauge on the dash at a cost of over $1100. All new trip light bulbs, headlight bulbs, rear brake light bulbs, and license plate bulb just installed.
I have just flushed all the fluids: motor, transmission, rear end, and put all brand new fluids throughout. The radiator was just flushed nice and clean with brand new coolant and new hoses. All new points, plugs, wires, condenser, cap, and rotor were also just done. There are two Optima 6 volt battery'sfully charged with one being a back up if ever needed all stowed in the original battery box. The heater is controlled with the original Packard switch on the dash and works great with the new heater lines for those cold day rides.
Rare Packard wire wheels with 1937 Packard trip lights. All new weather stripping throughout the entire car. Beautiful triple plated windshield, bumpers, convertible top frames and miscellaneous bright work, all the undercarriage frameoak wood is also new. The cloth convertible cloth top is like new as well as the convertible top boot with show room top bows and wood trim. The original trunk has an original steel spare with the original jack and hardware from 1937 wrapped in the brown towels as a sound deadener asseen in photos.
There are no dings or dents in the exterior sheet-metal anywhere and like I said the exterior sheet-metal is spotless rust free with no rust repair ever. Please view the undercarriage video I have filmed showing how virgin clean all the fenders, running boards, and floors are and much more.
