I bought this Vanagon new in 1983, and used it briefly in my business, until we replaced it with one that was air conditioned.Since then it has been driven very few mile, and has been 'on blocks' for years.For many years it has been my intent to do the needed restoration, but we don't now have the time and money.The body has a couple of rust spots, but isin good shape.I also have a new 1.9L diesel engine for it (sold separately or together) to be used in a restoration.We are looking for someone who shares our interest in restoring this exceptional, basic, Diesel-powered Vanagon.
