You are bidding on a rare Running & Driving 1966 JAGUAR XKE 4.2 Covered headlight and is a 4 speed , matching number two seater coupe ( not 2+2 ) no back seats - showing 54,974 miles driven . My Jaguar has been in storage Approximately 15 years & now Recently out of storage .. these are the things I have had done to this car within last 6 months : Had a European classic car shop install a $500.00 new high torque starter for easier start ups …new engine spark plugs & wire, new engine hose, new brake maste, new brake servo ( booster ) new clutch master & clutch slave & the rebuilding of all brakes including new brake caliper, new rotor, new brake pads . My car needs some attention : Paint on car is presentable with nice shine .. I believe original color was yellow…there are a few paint bubbles on car . As far as rust .. drivers side floor pan needs attention and battery area needs attention including trunk area small pinholes in trunk area.. Chrome is presentable, but could use replating.. Interior black leather is presentable but shows signs of wear.. jaguar is complete except for rear hatch window chrome .. clutch pedal spongy & needs re bled & I noticed middle carburetor dripping.. Jaguar includes spare tire and jack.. Jaguar runs and drive, but I would have routine maintenance done before driving on road.. comes with a good Ohio .. great investment, I believe these cars will only keep increasing in value ..
