I have owned this gem since 2004. At that time this California car was restored. A 454 engine was rebuilt: gear drive timing,camed Holley 4 barrel. The 4 speed transmission was rebuilt and a new gear vender overdrive was installed. New 456 Posi 12 bolt rear gear was installed. New vintage air conditioning was added. The Chevelle has power steering and power brakes-front brakes are disc.Floor and trunk pans were redone.The interior was completely redone all new parts: headliner,seats,door panels,carpet,weather stripping,ect.The exterior was repainted British Racing Green. The glass is excellent.All work on this beauty has been professionly done. I have all the receipts.This car is solid and looks and drives the same as it did 20 years ago: sounds great with the flowmaster mufflers. This gem has been driven 2293 miles since restoration. I have a number of manuals as well as a car cover that goes with the car.You WILL not be disappointed. Why am I seeling the Chevelle. I had 6 classic cars and I have sold 3. I am turning 80 so it is time to give up my treasures.Any questions please contact me. Finally with the 456 gears the car screams but with the Gear Vendor overdrive engaged the RPMs are like 373 gears, so you can go sailing down the highway. Also new tires all the way around 2 years ago.
