This 1988 Supra is a southern car and has very solid bones! This car is not running and will have to be towed!I purchased this from a sweet lady who has had it sitting in her back yard for 18 years! It was her brothers car, he became ill, and they parked it in her yard and there it sat. Her husband told me that the engine had been replaced in the early 2000s with one that they bought from Japan. The turbo was replaced just a few weeks before it was parked and the old turbo was in the trunk.The body is solid. There does not appear to be any rust in the common areas, floors are solid, door bottoms are solid and trunk is firm and good! Sport roof comes off and goes back on fine. The car had a tree limb fall on it years ago and it dented the left rear fender top and c pillar top, but the roof is fine. The paint is not cracked at the dents. Likewise, it hit the bottom of the windshield and windshield edge of the hood right side. Body is good otherwise and paint looks original.The engine and drive train is complete and does not appear to be missing anything. The oil is remarkably clean and coolant green.The car will roll.You are purchasing this car as is where is. I have pulled it to my home, but have not washed it, turned a wrench on it or anything else. There is no title, you will receive a bill of sale only. In Georgia a title is not needed on a 1988 model but if your state requires a title I will provide a bonded title application and you can apply for a bonded title easily.
