5.8 AC Sink Stove Penthouse Pop Up
Clean Georgia title in my name.
INTERIORThe AC is cold(and works on all positions).
The front passenger seat swivels. There are curtains all around for privacy and shade, upstairs and down. The two-burner stove top doesn't really show any use, but I've never tested the propane functionality and I'd probably get it checked out before I'd use it since age does take its toll on hoses, fittings, etc. There is a charger/inverter as well as a hookup for 110v shore power. I've not yet checked all connections to/from the inverter so I can't confirm if it functions. Shore power is available to outlets mounted above the left side counter top.The water pump for the sink works and the sink does, too, but I there's a leak at the fixture under the sink that I will try to address. The stereo does not currently work.

EXTERIORNew matching set of 235/85-16 tires. The headlights, taillights and turn signals work. The rear bumper has spots and cables for two batteries. While I have batteries, they are old and it's doubtful that they'd hold any charge (but could be used as a core charge). The Mile Marker winch works. The awning is in great condition, especially if it's the original one. The poles either attach to the body of the van or to the ground with stakes. The passenger rear panel may be primarily for protection if an outdoor stovetop were mounted, though I don't have one and am not sure about that. Maybe it's just an access panel to sink lines? If anyone knows what that is for, please share. The van has an onboard propane tank with access via the black door on the driver side.
The penthouse tent walls have two very minor repairs - one patched vertical 1.5" tear on the passenger side in the middle and 4 very small holes/cuts in rear panel covered by two small patches. The penthouse 4 side windows are screened, the clear windows are able to be zipped shut and they have roll down shades. The front zippered window just zips closed.
MECHANICALMy van has a matching set of new 235/85-16 tires purchased in March.New front brakes and rotors.New spark plugs, wires, cap, air filter and breather element.
No leaks inside or out to speak of. Even better, no rust issues.
Now for the not so good news....
** There is 0 compression on cylinder #5 due to a burnt valve. **
It does run pretty good, considering, on the remaining 7 cylinders, especially when 'up to speed' and not pushing the pedal too hard. I have driven it several thousand miles in this condition. The injector has been disconnected so it doesn't shoot fuel down the cylinder that isn't going to burn.
