Up for auction is a very rare 1964 Oldsmobile Starfire convertible. Just taken out of a long term storage collection. 394 Ultra High Compression runs very well, no noises, no smoke. Transmission shifts fine as well. Has power windows, power trunk, power drivers seat, Wonderbar radio, power steering, power brakes, power antenna, power top and cruise control. Still has its Tri bar high beam headlight bezels.Body is in excellent condition with no rust issues or rot issues, body was restored upon storage. Has tight gaps and doors close with 1 finger. Interior is in very good original condition, door carpet has some discoloration, rear seat has a vey small stitch coming undone but nothing significant. Undercarriage is in near perfect condition as well, brake lines and fuel lines were done as well as the master cylinder. Top is in excellent condition as well. All glass is in great shape, no cracks or scratches. The car still retains its original spare tire date coded 2-1964 as well as the jack. The car will need the power top pistons installed (included in the sale), and a headlight switch ( low beams are not working). The car also has the parade boot and bag. I have the original Protecto Plate, Sales Brochure, owners manual. There were just 2410 Convertibles made for the Starfire in 1964. I have over 30 pictures I can send through cell phone. Sold with Connecticut State Bill of Sale and title from last owner.
