1980 Nissan Cedric Gran Turismo SV

Up for sale is my 1989 Nissan Cedric Gran Turismo SV Turbo. It has only 68K miles (109,000KM) It is powered by the VG20DET (2.0 V6 Turbo) with an automatic transmission.
It drives very good when warmed up, the turbo spools up nicely and works great.
I imported this car from Japan 6/2016. I have put lots of work into it. Here's what has been done:
The good:

The bad:All interior defects are picturedNeeds a new mid-pipe, the old one was repaired with a patchCould use a new set of tires- rear tires have a date of 2002, the fronts 2006Very slight brake vibration from the frontHesitates a little when cold, when warm it runs normallyPassenger side door lock gets stuck intermittentlyTransmission shifts abruptly into second and lazily into all other gears when coldPassenger rear door panel does not matchTwo small rust spots on passenger side door jambVery small rust hole in right rear bottom section of the trunkAutomatic transmission shifter trim (jalousie) missingThe paint shines nicely, but there are a few dents and spots in the paint
