1958 MG Other JFW TRIM

When I purchased this vehicle, I wanted to create a race car that payed homage to the great cars of the golden era of racing -
Inspired by the 1958 Motor show in Paris it gave light to some of the best cars in the era -
I have enjoyed working and building this incredible project vehicle and bringing it to life with most original parts intact.
The MGA was born out of two strands of activity; one was the American’s discovery of British sports cars in the years after the Second World War with the car responsible for that being the MG TC of 1945-1950.
This 1958 MG MGA twin-cam roadster was manufactured between July and August, 1958,
It was acquired by the seller in 2013 and was the subject of a five-year cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment completed in 2020 by JFW motors in Maui!
Work included repainting the exterior in electric blue, refinishing the frame, refurbishing the red interior, and rebuilds of the 1,588cc twin-cam inline-four and four-speed manual gearbox. The car is equipped with a chrome grille, bumpers, 15″ wheels with knockoffs, a Les Leston steering wheel, and a removable black soft top. This MGA is offered by the seller at no reserve with a refurbishment photos, records documenting the refurbishment, and a clean Maui title in the seller’s name.
