Selling my 1959 MGA
Full restoration in 2000
I have owned for the past five years, bought from my father, he was the second owner.
I have done the following upgrades:
Electronic ignition
Cold air intake
Oil cooler
New master and slave cylinder
New fuel pump
New front hubs
Rebuilt all brakes
Rear check strap replaced
New oil pressure line
Fan shroud
New thermostat
New side windscreens
Luggage rack (chrome)
This car starts every time no issue. After upgrading the cooling system this car has never overheated, under any condition. I drove this to work in dc three times a week for a year and would be stuck in bumper to bumper traffic in summer and still no problem. If you know British cars you know how rare this is.
I want to sell this to move on to other projects, but am a passive seller ..
This is a driver not a show car; but I guarantee you will not find a better driving MGA anywhere.
