In 1979 Stephen Palmer Performance (SPP) at one of the largest MG dealerships in Great Britain, Long Eaton, Nottingham, took receipt of this MG Midget at his dealership. It was # 39 to roll off the assembly line in '79 and the last year they were made. SPP took this car and modified it with an upgraded intake (carb and manifold), added a supercharger and pin striping with the Cheetah logo. Increased HP by 50%! He modified a handful each year....think Yenko Camaro's in the US. So this is a very rare MG and when I reached out to the New England MG Club...they have never seen one and wanted me to bring it to their big event in NH and wld easily take a prize for its rarity. I was on vacation at the time of the event.
New Kenwood stereo with amp, blue tooth, voice over and speakers. Great sound, new carpet, new tires and alloy wheels, brakes & seat belts. Original paint and solid floor boards. Great to cruise around town or perfect for full restoration. No rips in seats or dash. Tonneau cover included and in perfect shape. New top is needed
