1960 MGA wire Wheel Roadster Update !!!

I have been told that this could not be a 1960 as it would be a 1600 and it would be a 1955 to 1959, I am not for sure but a lot of states back in the day titled the car when it was sold not the year it was made. It is possible to have a 1500 1960 or 1961 MGA.
For sale is a 1960 MG MGA ROADSTER WITH WIRE WHEELS. The1500 Engine turns freely, I have not tried to start this car, transmission goes through the gears easily, rolls and steers easy. Body panels seem to be in good condition, some body filler around the air vents on the front clip, does come with new rocker, needs inner sill worked on. Trunk is rust free, frame has a small area seen in the picture that will need addressed but very easy fix. This is a complete car but not everything is pictured. It does come with front and rear bumpers, side windows, convertible top frame, radiator and any other little thing I might have missed.
The car will also come with an extra 1500 block, oil pump, oil pan, cam shaft, crank shaft, 4 rods, 4 pistons, water pump, distributor, and one 1500 transmission.
The things I do not have are the wood floor in the front of the car ( I would change all the wood anyway), the battery cover behind the seats (If I find one I will put it with the car.
There is a $300 non refundable deposit on the car.
The car is located 30 miles south of Cincinnati Ohio in Northern KY exit 166 off I-75.
A tractor trailer will not fit in my subdivision but a 3 or 4 car hauler will. I can assist in loading but can not deliver. If you live with 300 miles I do have a local gut that is very reasonable.
This car can be picked up from now until the 28th of August and September 11th to the 19th I will not be available 29th of August to September the 10th.
