No rear bumper.Thiscarruns well buttheshifter linkage should eventually bereplacedbecause once in a while you have to wiggle and finesse the stick to get into first gear. All the other gears are easier to find. The transmission has never fallen out of gear cruising down the road, and it doesn't make grinding or squeaking sounds of any kind.Theside-exitdual-exhaustsystemisrustybutfunctional--loudtoo,assome previous owner installedglass-packs(orcylindrical mufflers).Thereisnosmokecomingfromtheexhaust.It'saprettysolidcarbutwithtypicalrustyareasinthetrunk, rear valence, floorpans, rocker panels and lower fenders;apreviousownerhasflashedoverthefloorpanswithsheetmetal.Thereisonequarter-sizedrust holeinthelowerrearcornerofthedriver'sdoor,andonelowonthedriver'ssidefrontfender.There'sasectionofsignificantrustattherearbottomofthepassengerfrontfender,maybe3inchesby8inches,wheredecadesofroadsalthassplashedupontoit.Theframerailsaregood,asistheenginebay.Thecarwasoriginallyfactoryredandthoughthereislittlerustanywhereelseonthebodypanels,thebodyLOOKSrustyinplaceswhere factory redpaintisshowingthroughtheblueovercoat.Idonotknowhowlongagothecarwaspainted.Alltheexteriorfactorytrimpiecesarethere,asthephotosbearout.It'safuncarthatdrawsallkindsofattention,ifonlybecauseit'sveryuncommon.(I'moldnowsoIreallydon'twantattention.)It'sbeenagreatprojectcar,onethatI'monlysellingbecauseI hardly use it -- I probably haven't put even two hundred miles on it since I bought it, driving less than a mile for coffee in town in the mornings. I have access to four other cars in addition to this one... I just like having a project to work on in the garage.ClearSCtitleinmyname. The car has the original Owner's Manual in the glove box. A bank-to-bank wiretransferisacceptableorcashinperson. Sorry but no checks of any kind -- I got ripped off once with a "certified" bankdraft -- never again.
