1967 Mercury Cougar

1-Owner 1967 Mercury Cougar, purchased new in Fort Worth,Texas in 1967. Vehicle was last registered in1995 and last driven in 1997. Disassembly with the intention of restoration was begun in 1997, but placed on hold. Some paint stripping and priming was performed and the driveline and interior were removed. Car remained garage-kept until 2017, then it was placed under a cover outside, then moved into a family barn. The property is being sold, so the Cougar needs to find a new home. All interior parts, chrome trim, motor and transmission are still stored in a residential garage. New rubber weather-stripping kit from West Coast Cougars is also included. Hide-away headlight grille assembly (not seen in the photos) is in good condition and garage-stored with the other parts.
