Rare 25th Anniversary Mercury coupe in “Bittersweet” paint with factory vinyl hardtop, bucket seats & console.
Original 390c.i. V8, factory automatic transmission. Modern Holley 4 barrel carburetor. MSD/Pertronix ignition, Tri-Y headers & dual exhaust.
Power steering, power brakes with front disc brake conversion.
Paint is in overall decent condition, has been repainted here and there over the years, with a bit of rust beginning to appear at the bottom corner of rear window.
Interior has new carpet & reupholstered front seats in original ostrich vinyl.
New windshield glass & seal recently replaced.
Power windows work but right rear quarter window has been temperamental lately.
Everything else works, with the exception of the washer fluid pump.
Wheels are American Racing Torq Thrusts with recently installed BF Goodrich SportComp T/A tires.
This is not a perfect show car but looks great on the road and runs and drives excellent.
Clear California title in my name, with Year of Manufacture Black California Plates.
