Everybody has their own preferences, but I like these cars much better than a Ford Mustang for about half of the price. You will see a ton of Mustangs at every show, but very few Cougars. Lifelong California car sold new in Palm Springs. I have two of the original Warranty Ownercards and the original owner's manual. It is a factory M code 351 Cleveland V-8 with an automatic transmission. It has had many upgrades including power Rack and Pinion steering. It has power disc brakes and power top. Bucket seats with factory floor shifter and center console. The engine is a built 351 that runs extremely strong and is freshly tuned. It has a new carburetor and intake, MSD ignition, March pulleys, etc. It has a big new aluminum radiator. New Hedman headers and new full exhaust. It sounds awesome. Ford Motorsports black valve covers. The body is very solid. It is a California car. The floorboards are very solid. The paint is older and looks fine for a driver, but it really deserves a high quality repaint. I prefer it like it sits so you can take it out and just have fun. The Hideaway headlights work fine. The interior has had the seat covers and carpet re-done. It needs the small kick panels below the rear windows. The dash is in good condition. Nice white power convertible top that works well. Brand new set of 15x7 Magnum 500 wheels and new $600 raised white letter tires put on them. This is a great car at a fraction of the cost that it would take to build if you could even find one to start with. Clean, clear California title in hand with current registration.
