SORRY ABOUT THIS, BUT IT'S EBAY'S GLITCH NOT MINE.This is a 1958 Mercedes-Benz 300d Adenauer sedan which was converted to a roadster in the early 90s. This is a California car with only surface rust underneath (which has been covered with aftermarket rustproofing), in California all it's life until I bought it in 2013, and always inside after that. TO BE CLEAR, THIS CAR HAS NO TOP. I've done extensive work on this car, including replacing the engine and transmission with a matched unit from another 300d in excellent condition, and rebuilding the front end, brakes (added the later double-acting front cylinders), steering column, central lube system and heating system. I also upgraded the ignition system and exhaust, replaced most of the lights with leds or halogens and rewired them, and added a hazard flasher that's integrated into the dash.
