1961 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series

This is a restoration project that was started many years ago and never finished as the owner died, itting for several years when I acquired the car. I kept everything together as you see it now to maintain the loose parts. The car has rust, see bondo around head lights and rockers - the pictures tell no lies, t is what it is. This is a restoration for someone who is not faint at heart, r for professionals that know exactly what this car is. My age and other projects realize this car needs to be appreciated by someone else. The motor is in the car- but partially disassembled. Transmission is out of the car. The keys are missing. The car has had indoor storage. Every car has a story - undocumented - purchased new by diplomat - to 2nd owner who died. I have the Maryland title. This is all I honestly can tell you as I am not a "Mercedes" person, he rarity and photos speak for themselves. This is exactly the way I received this car, nd this is the way its going out the door.
