1978 Mercedes-Benz 450SL

This 450 SL belonged to a friends mother who owned it from new and passed away. She had not been well and the car sat for a few years. I replaced the fuel filter and drained the fuel. The car runs and drives, but I believe it needs the injectors cleaned to pass a CA smog check. I have not registered it for the road or insured it. I just transferred the title to my name.

The car is in nice condition and has mostly original paint which is crazed from sitting in the sun for a couple of years. There is no rust visible and the interior is in very nice condition except for a couple of cracks in the dash.
