1991 W126 Body; Excellent condition - mechanically perfect; everything works!
1991 Mercedes-Benz S-Class SEL
Meticulously maintained by certified Mercedes-only mechanics (HI-LINE MERCEDES, Orange CA); Low 168,374 miles - that's about 5,100 miles per year!Radio upgraded to SONYwith BlueTooth. Rear bench seat tilts. All features in correct working order. Wheels upgraded to solid steel chrome, 16" rims. Tires are near-new. Owner manual and detailed file of all maintenance and repairs receipts go with the car.Mechanically, electronically, performance-wise, this car is superb! Black on Black. Cosmetically, this car shows very, very well. I think it will look even sharper with a new paint job, but there is no need for one - it presents very well. The only other negative I can think of is the different color wood on the plate covering the gear shift (console). The original has many cracks in the finish, so I replaced it with the only proper fit I could find at the time, and it is a lighter shade than the dash and door trim pieces. Those are the only negatives I can think of. Has served me well for the last 7 years or so; only selling because I bought a roadster and don't have room. But I get in this car and begin thinking I'm selling th wrong one!This is an opportunity to own a really graceful classic automobile.
