Vehicle DetailsSelling my 1970 300SEL 6.3. This is a highly collectible ultra rare car.
I bought a hoard of cars and I’m selling off this one to fund the others.
This is exactly how I got it. I have not tried to start it or clean it. Originally a green car, it was painted when it was only 2 years old because the owner didn’t like the green.
This car was from South Carolina and driven to Ohio to be refurbished. It sat in Ohio untouched for 6 years at the body shop. It seems mostly complete. The fuel tank and side trim seem to be the only missing items.
The underside is very solid. The top has surface rust from rain on chipped paint.
There is one small spot (see pics) that rusted by the passenger side trim.
Also the driver side trunk extension had rust at the very bottom (see pic). The other side was fine. Rockers, body and floors all look really nice.
The factory air ride aired up good when I loaded and unloaded it off my trailer.
Interior is very nice.
This has a clean clear title.
