Up for sale is my 1981 Mercedes-Benz 380sl, with black exterior, interior and hard/soft top. The vehicle has roughly 81,800 miles and is in good condition overall. The interior is in good condition with the leather seats worn but not beat up and includes the rear jump seat. Electrically, the car has been gone over completely and everything including AC, heat, antenna, and windows all run as they should. Mechanically the vehicle has been gone over as well by a certified Mercedes mechanic, replacing fluids, battery, fuel accumulator, and alternator. As you'll see in the photos, the paint is in fair condition but there are a few rust spots blistering the lower wheel well and rocker areas, as well as a few scratches and some small parts of clear coat pealing. Since we've owned it, it has been stored winters, but it is a midwestern vehicle and has some additional rust on the underside and a couple of small rust holes within the passenger rear wheel well. With that said, this is by no means a show car but for sure a solid car for someone looking for a nice daily driver at an entry-level price.
