1959 Mercedes 180 . I am helping a friend sell this car. I have looked it over and taken a bunch of pictures. I can't load all the pictures on Ebay so please send me your email address for more pictures. This car runs and drives well. Everything works as it should. It has been in a collection since the 90's. It has been maintained and driven on occasion. To me it looks like the paint job is a decent paint job but it looks like it was never cut & rubbed. It shines well and looks good but I would call it a 10 footer with the possibilities of being improved or leave it as is and enjoy it. To me it looks like the chrome is all original and my guess is the miles are original. It has an addition of a stereo, the interior redone in a non-stock material and the slide back sunroof which is very cool. I see no signs of rust or repairs.The rocker panels and under the car is clean and rust free. It just looks like a good honest car that you could have a lot of fun in for the money. I am a car guy but I know nothing about these cars so please ask all the questions you would like. This is sold as is of course and it is the buyers responsibility to arrange picking up and transport of the car. I require a $1000 deposit within 24 hrs ofthe car being sold Thanks for looking .
