1960 Mercedes 220S stored 30+ years, rare unmolested condition

1960 Mercedes-Benz Other 220S

This Mercedes 220S has been in a garage for the past 30 years, it is is excellent original condition. The car was purchased in California and driven in California until the mid 70s at which point it was stored away. I have all the paperwork for any and all maintenance ever done to the car, including the original sales paperwork from Germany. This car was $16,000 new in 1960!
The original owner had the car painted (almost a half century ago)with an oem Mercedes Beige color, the original color scheme was green and white. The car does not run and does not have working brakes. The car is in need of total restoration and is a fantastic candidate for such a project.
Although the car is currently in New York, it has never seen a winter, as a result the car is in almost unheard of rust free condition. This car is 100% complete and includes the spare parts in the truck. There are seat belts for the car, a spare set of carburetors as well as a set of original Mercedes Benz coconut fiber floor mats and some other small items.The car is located in upstate New York in the Hudson valley.
