1995 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E320 Wagon

I've owned this 1995 Mercedes E320 wagon with a friend of mine; as with the previous owners, it's been almost always garaged, so it's spent very little time outside when it's not being driven. NowI have a new car I don't have the space to keep it anymore.
Engine is 3.2 liter inline-6 cylinder (which generates 217 horsepower and 220 pd-ft of torque). These Stuttgart, Germany-built wagons ([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_W124]) have a devoted following, and were engineered to run into the millions of miles.

Virtually everything works just as it should: Power windows, sunroof, power front seats, power side mirrors, heat, air conditioning needs to change a sensor (about $150), central locking system, clock, all gauges, all seat belts. Cruise control works, albeit intermittently.

Blue leatherette interior in impeccable condition. It has the third way-back seat, so when that's in place, the car seats 7. A lot of cargo space when the third seat is folded down.

Since new it has been always serviced by Mercedes Benz authorized workshops.I have the complete original owner's manual package (all components in the original zippered case).
Car is very clean, highly reliable, safe, and handles immaculately (and has an incredibly tight turning radius).
