1991 Mercedes-Benz S-Class

Hello everyone, up for sale is my absolutely stunning blue on blue 1991 Mercedes Benz 560 SEL. I bought this car from the original owners early this year, and they originally purchased the car for over $82,000 ($150,000 today, adjusted for inflation) from Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz Newport Beach in 1992, this being one of the very last W126 Mercedes ever sold in the U.S. It still feels like a 6-digit car today They kept the car in their garage always, driving from their mansion in Newport Beach over to their Montecito estate every weekend.
Car is an accident-free California car, absolutely zero rust anywhere on the car. This car includes almost every single option equipped for the 91-model year. The S-Class is Mercedes's flagship model, and this was the last of the W126 generation- considered by many Mercedes enthusiasts to be the greatest Mercedes ever built. The build quality is second to none, feels like a tank with a rocket ship engine. It wasn't designed to compete with BMW and Lexus, but rather with Rolls-Royce and Bentley. The V8 5.6 Liter engine was most powerful for the S-class, and the absolute top-of-the-line Mercedes. This feels the way a Mercedes-Benz should.
Exterior wise, the car is almost perfect with beautiful light blue paint that really suits the car. There are just some minor scratches here and there on the body, but only noticeable up close, and no body damage at all. The car has a matching blue interior, also in great shape, although there is some wear on the front seats. Please see pictures for more detail. The dash has no cracking, the wood looks like-new, and the rest of the interior is fantastic. With some touch up to the front seats, the interior will be as perfect as the exterior.
The car runs flawlessly, a testament to how meticulously well kept and maintained this car has been. ALWAYS garaged, always taken in for service at least twice a year. Every problem area with this car has been looked at and taken care of. This includes the rear hydraulic suspension system, the timing chain and guides, window regulators, and pretty much every expensive item has been replaced on this car.
I just had the car serviced with a full tune-up, here is what was changed (all OEM parts):
