1968 280 SE **Original Two Owner Car w/83,581 Original Miles**
1968 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series
I just purchased this two owner (original) 1968 Mercedes Benz 280 SE from my neighbor. It was just inspected and ready to drive anywhere. As you can see by the pictures this car has been meticulously cared for and pampered.
This is a TOTALLY rust free car that has only been driven in the summer months. Always stored in a climate controlled garage and always covered with a car cover. The previous owner has only put 561 miles on this car in the past ten years!
Equipped with automatic transmission,factory power steering, power windows, and AC. The AC blows ice cold. The transmission shifts smoothly and the car track straight down the highway at 80mph. Keep in mind, I have not even waxed this car. I took these pictures this morning after bringing it home from being inspected. The paint will shine like new!
The tires have plenty of tread on them and appear to be in excellent condition with no cracks or flat spots. I would probably get new radial tires if I were going put a lot of miles on it. I will be glad to help with shipping arrangements at the new owner's expense. There is a local company that has quoted me $900 to ship to South Florida.
