This is a very clean and strong running 240 D. The diesel motor fires up in seconds and runs like a champ! Low milage for the year as this one only has 112,800 miles on it. Transmission shifts as it should and works fine. The exterior of the car is very clean and rust free (it does have a few small dings and blemishes that are hard to see). The car has been very well maintained over the years and comes with over $6,000 of repair receipts (see picture). The seats, carpet (I found a receipt for new carpet so this was replaced and is in excellent condition), door panels, headliner and trunk compartment are all in like new condition with no rips. Car looks like it was undercoated from day one. The dash is also in nice shape outside of a couple typical splits near the middle. The AC compressor works and does get cool but could use some fresh R12. Car has a factory sunroof! Radio has been updated with a modern AM/FM Cassette with in trunk 6 CD player. Also has factory fog lights, original jack and spare as well as the original owners manual. Tires are in great shape with about 80% tread! Original wheel covers are also in great shape! This is a very cool vintage Mercedes diesel that is also excellent on gas! To find one this clean at a reasonable price is rare. Don't miss this opportunity!
