Vehicle Details1949 baby lincoln convertible.this is the base model convertible,same body as the mercury convertible.this is 1 of only 15 known left today.these cars were only produced for 6 months in 49 an estimated 200 were made.car has been in restoration for years.body is 60 percent painted.floor pan has no rust.frame is done and painted,new brakes,lines,hoses,seals,etc.motor was honed,new main and connecting rod bearings,full gasket set,new oil pump,new rings,new clutch disc,etc.trans has new gaskets,ready to go back onto the motor.new motor mounts and trans mount.dash is all restored,painted,new wiring harness.new gauges.heater is restored.inner wells are painted and finished.this is a list of all of the n.o.s . parts coming with this car:hood,lower grill pan,lower air pan,hood latch,all chrome grille bars in the boxes,grille center,taillights,chrome trunk latch and emblem,rear lincoln bumper center and mount, side chrome body mouldings,front hood upper grille bar,front upper fender grille bars,front passenger fender,rear brake drums,instrument gauges,exhaust pipe,muffler,etc.the list goes on.convertible top frame is all there,on and painted,needs new cylinders.all convertible windows are there with frames.new windshield and seal is in the car and installed.no trim is missing,all parts are there,and many extra.seats are complete,need upholstered.this is a project car that is well worth buying and finishing.it’s a buy as is,were is.buyer is responsible for all cost of shipping.car has no registration as it was lost back in the 70’s.good luck bidding
