1992 Land Rover Range Rover County Classic SWB
This Classic Rover has 173k original miles with a fresh head Gasket job on the motor and heads were machine shaved, so fresh oil and coolant, no oil or coolant leaks on the truck. Engine runs great, transmission is very smooth.
Brakes are good, All lights work, brake lights, blinkers, headlights, door lights, etc. all window motors work very good along with sunroof working good. All door lock actuators work good, power lock and unlock with buttons, key and remote.
Body is White with Camel leather interior, clean good carfax report, no accidents, good body, nice interior, no rips on leather interior, aftermarket CD stereo with external input.
Original Security Alarm System with the Land Rover Remote and it still works Perfect! Also have the Original Owners Manuals and Dealer Books.
This Rover also has a digital power trailer brake controller mounted on the bottom of the dash for towing.
Front floorboards have been replaced with heavy gauge steel then rubber sealed, permasealed and rubberized undercoated. Rear floorboards are still in good original condition.
Interior carpets are still in good shape, no tears rips or holes and pictures show full size carpeted mats on top of original carpets front and back, original cargo cover still intact as well.
Very nice plastidip blacked out Defender wheels with nice Firestone destination tires as well as a nice Defender spare tire. Rear suspension has newer springs that are just a few years old, front are still good. Front alignment is very straight still and no pulling on either side, no rattling or suspension noises, very nice smooth ride.
Interior is very nice, headliner needs some attention as most rovers do, some trim pieces have some cracks below the seats and the passenger door plastic pocket is cracked but can be replaced, door skins are in very nice condition, dash is in excellent condition, no cracks or splits.
All switches, windows locks etc all work good. Both power seats work good, center arm rest was mended and window switch plate needs some attention but is in working order just a loose fit. All dash, door, exterior and interior lights, wipers front and back, clock and all instruments work very good.
Original jack and jack extensions in the original bag along with original roof racks but it does not have the roof mounts. Original bull brush bar is mounted and painted in black bed liner, front and rear bumpers have been repainted with bed liner black as well.
Did not do any updates to ignition system other than a new ignition coil recently, it has the same original distributor, also did not modify the exhaust system to bypass cats or co2 sensors although I would recommend doing tune resistors and modify the system for better performance. Easy to do but I kept it original, truck is running very well but the exhaust has a few small leaks which affects the performance a little bit.
You can drive this Classic Rover anywhere as is.
Little things here and there need attention but it is not a new truck but still a great Classic Range Rover for 25 years old!
